Please keep in mind that Wednesdays are our last weekday to send out packages.
Last order will be taken on Wednesdays 12PM and your payment must be completed and confirmed by then.

Your tracking code will be updated after we post your package.

If you make your payment after Wednesday 12PM, packages will be posted the following Monday.​​

매주 수요일이 마지막 배송출고일임을 참고해주세요. 

마지막 주문은 수요일 12시고 결제가 완료가 되어야하며 확인이 되어야합니다.

송장번호는 발송 후 업데이트가 됩니다.

수요일 12시 이후 결제하시면 돌아오는 월요일에 출고가 됩니다.​​

CAUTION/주의사항

​​

Fridge and freezer preservation is a must since the product can spoil if preserved in a humid area or at room temperature. It's best right after purchased.

​

매습한 곳 혹은 실온에서 보관시 상품이 변질 될 수 있으니, 반드시 냉장/냉동 보관 해 주세요. 구매 후 바로 드시면 더욱 좋습니다.

DELIVERY/배송

​

-Delivery Period: It'll take 1-2 days to post your package after your payment completion.

                        No delivery possible for frozen/fresh products over holidays or weekends.

-Delivery Agency: CJ Daehan Tongwoon / Delivery Fee: W5,000

​

-배송기간: 입금확인 후 출고까지 1-2일 소요됩니다. 

              : 냉동식품/신선식품류는 공휴일 전날, 주말에 발송이 진행되지 않습니다.

-택배사: CJ 대한통운 / 배송비: 5,000원

PAYMENT METHODS/결제방법

-Offline Payments: Bank Transaction (bank details will be provided during your order process)

-Last order will be taken on Wednesdays 12PM and your payment must be completed and confirmed by then.

​-오프라인 결제: 무통장입금 (계좌정보는 주문처리시 제공될 것 입니다)

-마지막 주문은 수요일 12시고 결제가 완료가 되어야하며 확인이 되어야합니다.

EXCHANGE & REFUND/교환 및 반품안내

-Check condition of products right after you've received your package and if there are any problems, Exchange & Refund is 100% guaranteed. 

-If you change your mind but nothing is wrong, you'll be charged for your own delivery fee.

-Defects arising from not following preservation guideline will not be compensated for Exchange & Refund.

-상품 수령 후 즉시 상품의 이상여부를 확인 해 주시고, 상품에 이상이 있을 시 100% 반품 및 교환처리 해 드립니다.

-고객님의 단순변심으로 인한 교환/반품은 배송비를 부담 해 주셔야 합니다.

-상품의 훼손, 잘못된 보관방법으로 인한 교환/반품/환불이 불가합니다.
